BPPhotography prints are professionally produced to order. Production begins after your order has been accepted.

Production time is separate from the delivery time shown for the selected shipping service.

Delivery

Available delivery methods and their cost are shown during checkout before payment is taken.

Estimated delivery dates are provided where available. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Print fulfilment

Orders are manufactured and dispatched by our specialist print fulfilment partner, Prodigi.

This means your order may be dispatched directly from the production facility best suited to your location and chosen product.

Multiple items

Where an order contains more than one item, products may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact BPPhotography with your order number and details of the problem.

For damaged items, photographs of the print and packaging may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
